I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this lovely hotel with my family. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Without even asking, our room was upgraded to a more spacious one, which made our stay even more comfortable. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Mr. Sambo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged a kid-friendly breakfast for our son, which truly touched us. The hospitality, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere made our stay memorable. We loved everything about our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Such a beautiful and elegant hotel with amazing staff. Chanrey and Mr Sambo are amazing staff, all front desk staff were smiley and very welcoming from the time we arrived. The extra treatment we got was 5 star. We felt so well looked after and even our extra hair salon needs were taken care of. We were greeted with our coffee every morning and we enjoyed the lovely advice they gave, Chanrey made exceptional cocktails and Mr Sambo went even further to arrange our lunch for the bus ride. We will miss them all and we will def be back with our families. Thank you all so much 😘☺️

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the view of the pool from my room. The place is quiet, with no street noise disturbing the rest. The hotel is also very well located, right on National Road 6, making it easily accessible. There is a large supermarket right next door, which is very convenient. For those who enjoy walking, the city center is within reach on foot, and it's worth noting that there are sidewalks all the way, which is not always the case in other cities. Otherwise, a tuk-tuk will get you there in less than 5 minutes. A big thank you to Sambo and his colleagues at the reception and bar for their kindness and professionalism—they truly made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Nice location. Nice facilities. Great breakfast inc meat, fruit and pastries. Lovely pool. Staff were constantly making sure I'm okay. But the staff were a little too pushy. They tried to force me to take their own car rather than a grab taxi. I had to be stern with the staff and say NO over and over. One staff member also asked for my personal WhatsApp number, which I did not appreciate as it felt unprofessional. Unfortunately the staff were trying to be very lovely, but in doing this, they made me somewhat uncomfortable by trying 'too hard'. Lovely place and lovely facilities though.

The staff were fantastic, we have been travelling Cambodia now for a month stayed in 5 hotels . And I can say with hand on heart that the staff in Khemara Angkor hotel and spa were 10 out of 10. I was looking for the Liverpool game late at night, and Srey Pich went above and beyond to get it for me. Also I would like to say thank you so much, Sambo, for always being there for us. To all the staff we really appreciate the work you do. 🙏 and I hope your management team know they have the best staff in Siem Reap.

Loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool area is great (pool is bigger in real life than it looks in pictures), the staff is so attentive and kind, they help you with everything you need. The breakfast is good. A short tuk tuk drive from town, but it’s cheap and the hotel can fix driver so was no problem. Recommend the Khmer massage, it was different and very relaxing. Would definitely come back if I go back to Siem Reap. We came because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint.

I loved the warm athmosphare and helpful staff. The layout of the rooms hotel is made for covinience, big space and never crowded. great laundry service (same day) and the massage therapsit was excellent. She works more than 20 years in the hotel... on top, great breakfast and international food. In particular the FB manager Pan Sambo has a well trained team and he was always around to serve the guets in a professional manner. thank you

The property was spotlessly clean, there was the nicest odour from the floor cleaner used permeating the hallways and bathroom on main level…. The entire hotel was maintained beautifully down to minute details The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful… The breakfast service was exceptional: quality of food, quality of attention and service from all staff. Special mention to Sambo who was just the best!! He was extremely diligent and helpful!!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean with great beds, bathroom and facilities. Great location, not too far from the town centre so walking is an option. The staff are extremely friendly and chilled out they will help you with whatever you need and if you want to relax all day in your room or pool or will have a great time

Such a beautiful place! The room was quite comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, the restaurant was great, food was tasty. The biggest asset of this hotel will have to be its staff. Sambo, most especially, gets out of his way to make our stay exceptional!
